We work with international print partners. Your order is shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address, such as the US, France, Germany, or Spain.

Most customers in the United States and European Union do not pay customs duties, as products are shipped locally within those regions. However, for other countries, customs fees may apply depending on local regulations.
3. Can I return my order?

4. How long does shipping take?

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are sent to production quickly. If you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
6. Are the prints framed?
No, our canvas prints are delivered unframed unless otherwise specified in the product description. This allows for safer shipping and lower costs.
7. What type of canvas do you use?
We use high-quality, museum-grade canvas with vibrant, long-lasting inks and solid wood frames (for mounted canvases).
8. Do you offer custom sizes or special requests?
At this time, we only offer the sizes and formats listed on each product page. If you have a specific request, feel free to contact us, we may be able to help.
