Return & Refund Policy

At Jesus Christ Pictures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Before returning an item, please email our support team at contact@jesuschrist.pictures with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions – We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note: returns are processed at our main office in France.
  3. Ship the Item Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
